Luxury Eco Glamping in Pink Apple’s Cider Orchard.
Our Story ~ ár scéal
We are a family full of energy and love of life. With five children, we enjoy & fully appreciate our stunning rural setting where our lives on a daily basis are filled with joy of experiencing what nature brings to us. We have created a setting within our Cider Apple Orchard that can only bring calmness and a feeling of fulfillment.
We can offer you a very unique & luxurious eco glamping experience which will have all the comforts of home but with the feeling of connecting completely with nature.
Pink Apple orchard offers a very peaceful and tranquil environment where 3 exquisitely handmade Celtic yurts (that have been designed & fabricated on site) are individually nestled within our orchard over 1 acre of land, along with a Hobbit House & Gypsy Wagon. With the heart of nature at your sides, you can watch and hear the vast variety of birds gliding, sweeping & singing through the day. Watch the gentle butterflies dance freely as they fly & feed from the wild flowers & listen to the calming running of the gentle stream and let nature be around you.

“Just back from a wonderful few days in Pink Apple Glamping – Yurt Holidays. We could not recommend the place high enough. Great reviews from the kids with the 12 year old saying it is “Better than Disney Land” and literally having to PULL the 4 year old out from under the bed so we could get on the road home. Anyone looking for something a bit different, easy on the pocket and the environment as well as family/child friendly then Pink Apple Orchard is a must!!!! *****” — at Pink Apple Glamping – Yurt Holidays.

Set aside from the accommodation pods, but within the orchard, are both the communal kitchen and Eco dry composting toilet and shower facilities. They have also been uniquely built in a similar style. The kitchen and its quaint curved roof, bright windows, spacious double doorway and incomparable features internally & externally, draws you in immediately. The bathroom, a style more of the Celtic Yurts has taken on the more traditional circular form but with the structure of the clever wooden kitchen. With alot of the furniture also designed and created on site with drift wood and local woods, it is another beautiful feature which makes us more distinctive.
The kitchen is comfortably nestled next to the children’s play area along with plenty of outdoor seating also undercover so weather proof come rain or shine. The bathroom is set down slightly in order to create a more sense of seclusion, surrounded by willow and Eucalyptus.

Family of Nature ~ Teaghlaigh de chineál
We are a family that likes to embrace the outdoors. From walking, jogging, fishing, kayaking & sailing. There are lots of activities to offer on our doorstep, which can provide both relaxation or exhilaration!
Within the garden surroundings, you can relax at your leisure either within or outside your chosen accommodation, or mingle within the willow fenced communal area where you can cook in doors in the fully equipped kitchen - The Cider House (where the production of apple juice and cider takes place in September once the crop is yielded from Pink Apple Orchard) overlooking Lough Allen and The Iron Mountains through more willow fencing windows.
Seasons bring many different attributes. In summer, you can absorb the beauty of Pink Apple Orchard as the willow fedges grow, the orchard is at its greenest and the apples are beginning to grow. In Spring, enjoy the crisp morning and the freshness of new green shoots, the delicacy of the Spring flowers and the array of birds singing at their loudest. The apple blossom peaks to its best throughout May where the fullness of floral pinks, magenta's and whites explode with beauty and the scent of blossom tickles those nose buds, all creating an insect haven.
For the children...
...Venture into the children's tree house lair, up to the watch tower or onto the shipwrecked boat! Sit within the hideout where you can play or build sandcastles within the tyre sand pit. Creativity and adventure invented at the blink of an eye! Laughter and hours of fun to be had by all ages.
