Holistic massage is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, using specific techniques to relax the muscles. Massage can either soothe or stimulate the whole of the body.
It’s aim is to balance the whole person. Holistic massage is one of the oldest simplest forms of therapy and is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate and tone the body.

Reflexology
There are over 7000 nerve endings in the feet.
The art of reflexology accesses these nerve endings which are linked through meridians to every organ and system of the body. Through skillful manipulation a reflexologist can help to unblock the flow of energy in organs and re-balance entire systems.
Reflexology focuses on the map of reflex points of the body in the feet and hands, using unique micro-movement techniques such as thumb or finger walking and hook and backup to create a response throughout the body.
90% of all illness is caused by stress, so be relieving stress through reflexology we are healing ourselves. Reflexology is such a gentle therapy that it is suitable for all ages.
